Entry to City Jump FEC is free. To enjoy our games and attractions, you'll need to purchase a PowerCard and load it with your desired amount. Each game and attraction has a different cost, so add funds based on what you plan to play. PowerCards are reusable, allowing you to add more money as needed. We call this our "pay as you play" system. If you already own a PowerCard, simply bring it along and add funds. You can put any amount on the card, and your PowerPoints never expire. You're welcome to use any remaining balance on future visits. Please note that PowerCards are non-refundable, meaning we can't give cash refunds for unused funds. If you lose your card, we can replace it if you provide the 8-digit number on the back, transferring any remaining balance at the time of the lookup.

Yes, we offer special packages for large groups of 50 or more. These packages require advance reservations. To discuss options and make arrangements, please contact our event coordinator at (314) 766-4747.

We apologize, but outside items such as cake, ice cream, or other party supplies like balloons and presents are not permitted in our commons area or any tabled areas within City Jump FEC. The use of our birthday party rooms is exclusively for those who have purchased a birthday party package. If you're interested in hosting a birthday celebration at our facility, please call at least 72 hours in advance to reserve a date for your child's special day.
